RPR SERVICES

The RPR (Resident Project Representative) will act as the owner’s representative during the construction phase. The RPR can assist our clients with the bidding process, contractor coordination, utility coordination, adjacent landowner coordination, permit compliance, plan and specification compliance, and regulatory agency coordination. The RPR will keep records of daily construction activity, track progress for payment, and will report directly to the client.

MATERIALS TESTING

We provide our clients with on-site testing services of delivered concrete and we prepare concrete cylinders or beams for off-site laboratory testing. These tests are performed to ensure compliance with the project specifications.

CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION

Our engineers and technicians may be utilized to conduct construction site visits to assist with contractor coordination and to record compliance with the project plans and specifications.
